SERVICES
Therapy tailored to where you are
An attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach to individual, EMDR, and family therapy — designed to help you create more secure, grounded ways of living and relating.
01 - SERVICE
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, navigate emotional challenges, and create healthier, more secure ways of relating to yourself and others.
You may find yourself feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, struggling within relationships, navigating grief or life transitions, or repeating patterns that no longer feel aligned with the life you want to create. Individual therapy can also provide support during periods of transition, uncertainty, or change, helping you move through them with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
Therapy can help you better understand the emotional and physiological responses connected to stress, anxiety, trauma, and relationships while creating greater internal safety, balance, and connection within yourself and your relationships.
This work is ultimately about creating a more secure relationship with yourself—one that allows for greater clarity, resilience, and connection in all areas of your life.

EMDR & Trauma Therapy
Traumatic or overwhelming experiences can continue shaping the way we experience ourselves, relationships, safety, and the world around us long after the experience has ended.
You may notice yourself feeling emotionally reactive, constantly on edge, disconnected from yourself or others, struggling to feel safe within relationships, or stuck in patterns that feel difficult to change despite insight or self-awareness.
EMDR therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps process unresolved experiences that may continue contributing to anxiety, emotional overwhelm, hypervigilance, self-doubt, or feelings of disconnection. As a Certified EMDR therapist, I integrate EMDR within a collaborative, grounded, and trauma-informed approach that prioritizes emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and pacing that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
Together, we work toward reducing emotional distress, building greater internal safety and self-trust, and creating more secure ways of relating to yourself and others.

Family Therapy
Family relationships can be meaningful and deeply important while also carrying patterns of conflict, miscommunication, emotional distance, or longstanding tension that can feel difficult to navigate alone.
Family therapy offers a space to better understand the relational dynamics, roles, and patterns that shape the family system and the way family members experience one another. Together, we work toward improving communication, strengthening understanding, rebuilding trust where needed, and creating more supportive and connected ways of relating.
Therapy can also support families navigating life transitions, grief, conflict, anxiety, or experiences that may be impacting the emotional well-being of the family as a whole. Through a family systems and trauma-informed lens, we explore how relational patterns develop and become reinforced over time while creating space for greater emotional safety, understanding, and more grounded ways of connecting and responding to one another.

NEW CLIENTS
What to expect
Beginning therapy is a meaningful step. Here's how the process works, so you know what to expect from the very first point of contact.
01
Reach Out
Get in touch through the contact form or by phone. Share a little about what's bringing you to therapy and any questions you have. New clients are vetted through an initial consultation to ensure a good fit, rather than booked directly.
02
Free Consultation
We'll have a brief, no-pressure consultation call to determine whether working together feels right. If another therapist or resource may better support your needs, I'm always happy to offer referrals when possible.
03
Begin Together
If it feels like a fit, we'll schedule your first session and create a plan that aligns with your goals, needs, and pace — in person in Santa Monica or through secure telehealth.

No Surprises Act
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance — or who are choosing not to use insurance to pay for services — an estimate of the bill for medical items and services, including psychotherapy.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This estimate will be provided to you in writing at least one business day before your scheduled medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
